Shipping policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods such as product launches, sales, or holiday promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We work diligently to ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship through UPS and USPS, depending on the weight, size, and destination of your package.

Customers may choose their preferred carrier at checkout when options are available.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been packed and labeled, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

All orders are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse.

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To file a claim, email cosmeticosalpormayorla@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box
  • A short description of the issue

If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout, please file your claim directly through Route for faster processing.

Flawless Beauty Wholesale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks the order as “Delivered.”

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Local Pick-Up (By Appointment Only)

Customers selecting local pickup will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification once the order is prepared.

Pickup orders must be collected within 7 business days. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be restocked and subject to a 10% restocking fee.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
