General Information

Do I need to own a business to shop with you?
We primarily operate as a B2B wholesale business; however, we are also open to the public. Customers purchasing merchandise in bulk for parties, events, personal use, or other purposes are welcome to shop with us. Please note that we are a bulk wholesaler and do not sell individual retail pieces. All products must be purchased according to the minimum quantities listed on our website.

What are your hours and location?
Location: 9160 Norwalk Boulevard, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
Business Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PST). Saturday–Sunday: Closed.
Our website remains open for online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PRICING & ORDERS

Is there a minimum order amount?
At this time, we do not have a minimum dollar amount required to place an order. However, product-level minimum quantities do apply.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. California customers are charged applicable sales tax unless we have a valid California seller’s permit/resale documentation on file. If you have a valid seller’s permit, please submit it before placing your order so we can review and update your account accordingly. Sales tax already paid on an order is non-refundable.

Can your prices change?
Yes. Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease depending on restocking costs, market conditions, promotions, or other factors. The price applicable to an order is the price available when that order is placed. We do not provide retroactive price adjustments.

Are products in my shopping cart reserved?
No. Adding merchandise to your cart does not reserve inventory. Our inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. An item may sell out while it is still in your cart if another customer completes checkout first.

Can I order an item that is sold out?
No. Once inventory is sold out, the website will no longer allow the product to be purchased.

Do you offer case pricing or discounts for large quantities?
Yes. We offer special pricing opportunities for customers purchasing cases or particularly large quantities. Requirements and pricing vary depending on the merchandise and quantity requested. For information regarding case pricing or large-volume purchases, please call 323-507-8581.
