Is shipping free?

Shipping is not free


Who pays for shipping?

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.


How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping varies. Things that may affect the cost of shipping include but are not limited to, destination, weight and time of shipping. Shipping will be calculated & provided at checkout.


How can I track my package?

All orders will be provided with a tracking number from UPS.

Please make plans to receive your package as Flawless Beauty Wholesale is NOT responsible for any lost packages.

If you think you may not be available to receive your package, please contact UPS to schedule the delivery of your package to a UPS center near you for pick up at your earliest convenience.


My package shows delivered, but I don't see it, what should I do?


Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package. However, you can file a claim through UPS and once the claim is approved by UPS, we can go ahead and send you a replacement order.

Always remember to double check your address, and if you are not going to be home, make sure to deliver the package to UPS/USPS office or purchase a signature option during checkout.


Some products arrived damaged what can I do?

All items are inspected before shipping to ensure that they are in good condition & packed to ensure they are not easily damaged.

In case of any items being damaged during transportation please file a claim with UPS, all packages are insured for up to $100.


What's the order minimum?

We don’t have an order minimum but we suggest investing as much as possible to mitigate the shipping fees & have a larger profit margin when selling.


Do you offer discounts if we buy in large quantities?

There are a few ways to save more with us. If you’re planning to buy in very large quantities, please contact the company directly for more information and our discount tiered system.

There are flash sales on the website, so keep an eye out for those 5 minute crazy sales.

We also run a few discounts a few times per year for example, during Black Friday.


My order is incomplete, what can I do?

Although all orders are triple checked we do understand that mix ups may happen. Please note that missing item claims will only be investigated if reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.


I would like to return the items for a refund.

We do not accept any returns & all items are final sale.


How long will it take for my order to process?

We try to process the orders as fast as we can but we do ask that you allow a processing time of atleast 3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Shipping transit time is additional and in the USA usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. During sales and holidays it may take longer.

My package was stolen? What are my options?

If your package was stolen please file a claim with UPS. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. However, we do have an option for customers to choose signature upon delivery. This will cost an extra fee.
